Free components
Free components are open source under the MIT licence. The full text is in the public repository. Bundled fonts keep their own licences, which ship with each component.
Pro components
Buying Pro gives each seat holder a licence to use Pro component source, styles and assets in their own work. These terms cover every Pro component, including ones released after you buy.
Seats
Each seat is for one person with their own Arclen account. Don’t share a seat or a login. A Team owner can remove a member and give that seat to someone else.
Projects
Use Pro components in as many personal, commercial and client projects as you like, and change them however you need.
What you build is yours
The websites, apps and code you build with Pro components belong to you. You don’t need to credit Arclen UI. You can hand a finished project to a client, and they don’t need a licence of their own to run it.
What you can’t do
You can’t resell, share or publish Pro source, in full or in part, as written or modified. That includes public repositories, gists, starter kits and boilerplates.
You can’t offer Pro components as building blocks in a template, theme, UI kit, component library or site builder that other people can reuse. A SaaS app or other product built with Pro components is fine, as long as its users get the product and not the components.
AI tools
You can give Pro source and the AI builder prompts to coding agents and editors while you work on your projects. You can’t use Pro source to train or fine-tune a model that other people use, or put it in a dataset or search index that people without a licence can reach.
Yearly and Lifetime
Yearly includes Pro source, new components and updates for one year. When it ends, the Pro components already in your projects stay licensed, but new components and updates stop. Lifetime keeps access to new components and updates with no end date.
Changes and ending the licence
We may change or retire Pro components. The ones you already have stay licensed.
If you break these terms, or a purchase is refunded, the licence from that purchase ends. Stop using the Pro source it covered and delete your copies.
Third-party files
Fonts and other third-party files in a Pro component keep their own licences, which ship with the component. Packages a component installs, such as React or Three.js, follow their own licences too.
Refunds
Pro source is digital content you can use the moment you pay. By buying, you ask for access to start straight away, and you accept that once it starts, you lose any legal right to cancel and get your money back.
All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except where the law requires them.
Yearly renews automatically each year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part of a year.
None of this limits consumer rights the law doesn’t let us exclude, such as a remedy for content that’s faulty or not as described. If you think one applies, write to support@arclen.io.
Accounts and payments
Sign-in and billing run through your Arclen account and follow the Arclen terms. For Arclen UI Pro, the refund rules above apply instead of the refund policy in the Arclen terms.
